Arthur \'Art\' William Hall, 55, Rapid City, died Tuesday, November 6, 2018. He was born January 10, 1963 to Max Thompson and Delphine Chapman in Rapid City.
Art is survived by his sister Arleeta Lee, Piedmont and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his adopted parents, Marjorie and Steve Skypipe Hall.
