Clifford Arlin Todd, 63, Box Elder, died Sunday, July 21, 2019 at Rapid Cit Regional Hospital. He was born November 3, 1955 in El Paso, Texas to Arlin Clifford and Laura Bossell (Hoover) Todd. He is survived by his two daughters, Stephanie Todd and Crystal Jost.
