Obituary For Edward E McConnell
Edward Earl McConnell, 64 passed away on February 11, 2021. He was born on May 4, 1956 to Lillian and Alvin McConnell in Rosebud, SD. He was a member of the Rosebud Tribe. He was raised in SD and Washington State where he did his schooling. He also attended a Vo-Tech in Rapid City, SD. He worked various jobs and his last job was a truck driver for a moving company. He was a member of St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church. He liked to fish and hunt. He was a very loving and caring person. He adored his grandchildren and children. Edward was preceded in death by his son, Steven McConnell; Father Alvin McConnell; Brothers Charles and Elvin McConnell and his grandparents. Edward leaves behind his wife, Trudy McConnell; Mother Lillian McConnell; His children, Mike and daughter-in-law Sarah, Marsha and J.R.; His sister Lori and Brothers Louis, Michael and Patrick; Nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be on Thursday, February 18, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Behrens-Wilson Funeral Home. Visitation will be 1 hr prior to the service. Burial will follow at Mediator Cemetery in Wood, SD.
