Obituary For Irene Elizabeth Brash

Picture this: Rapid City, SD, 1986. Two clowns enter the Burger King drive through. They order two hamburgers with cheese. The young man at the window, advised them, \"we call those Cheese Burgers\". Satisfied with their order the clown proceeds to ask the young man if Ronald is working today? Scratching his head in wonderment the young man said, \"I think you might want to check at McDonald\'s???\" This is an example of several never ending shenanigans these two pulled over the years. The clowns: Pastor Bill and Norsky, (aka. Irene Brash).

Irene was called home Dec 26, 2021. Irene was born and raised on a farm in Lemon SD. Surrounded by a large family, Irene had five protective older brothers. She was influenced by her family to be a loving independent, caring women. Always working hard and giving to others. A poor farm family, but never a shortage of laughter, music and dancing. After completing high school, Irene worked for her room and board to earn her license as a beautician. This is where she met and married her husband, Curly. Together they raised a family. After the loss of her son and husband, Irene threw herself into her church. She entertained at nursing homes, assisted living centers & disability living centers, telling jokes & singing with her best friend Mick. Irene also became a loyal friend & sidekick to the famous clown, Pastor Bill. Together they brightened the lives of everyone they met. Irene was an accomplished vocalist, seamstress and all round entertainer. Irene had 11grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren & 12 great great-grandchildren.

\"We know that we can\'t keep you, but we\'re happy the Angel\'s have finally got you back.\" So long for now until we meet again to a wonderful women, mother and loving GG. Forever in our hearts
