James E. Johnson, 72, of Rapid City, passed away on September 3, 2022 at his residence. He was born on February 5, 1950 in De Smet, SD. He is survived by his daughter, Brandee Johnson, three grandchildren, Myranda Johnson, Kane Johnson and Austin James Johnson, one great grandchild, Christian King Hiland and one sister, Lynnie Hiens. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Marian Johnson.
