A beloved husband, brother, uncle, and friend James K Fischer left this world unexpectedly, at 60 years old, at Monument Hospital in Rapid City on November 30, 2022. Born in England James grew up in a military home with both parents He has 2 siblings he was the youngest. James was smart in school and his teachers believed in him as well as his family did.

Jim was kind, giving, and compassionate. He could be stubborn and that’s what his friends and family loved about him the most.

Jim enjoyed helping others. He was a good maintenance guy and also skilled electrician. He also enjoyed doing odd jobs. He was very knowledgeable about the outdoors. He liked to do yard work and cook and clean. He was a wonderful cook and baker.

Jim would like to go for long drives in the hills. He was a fisherman and a husband who loved his wife. Although he will be dearly missed, he will be in heaven with dog Brownie and his mother and father.

Survivors include his beloved wife Brandy Fischer and his sister Ellen Dodd and Brother Bud two nieces, and one aunt.
