Obituary For James L. Kelley
James “Jimmer” Lloyd Kelley, 65, of Rapid City, SD passed away suddenly on January 4, 2020. Jim was born on August 24, 1954, in Rapid City, SD to Stanley R. and Charlene J. (Skiff) Kelley. He is survived by his two daughters Mandy Kelley of Rapid City, SD and Jana (Sam) Chauncey of Casper, WY. One sister Deanna (Dan) Owens of Rapid City, SD. Two favorite uncles Jerry Skiff of Rapid City, SD and Gene Skiff of Hill City, SD, his favorite cousin Gary “Cuffy” Wickman of Rapid City, SD along with many family members. He is preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Charlene and numerous other family members.
