Leon ‘Wazu’ Francis Kills Small, 73, Rapid City, died Thursday, November 12, 2020. He was born in Crawford, NE on December 16, 1946, to Cornelius Kills Small and Zona LaDeaux. He is survived by children, Jolene Jumping Eagle, Jason Jacobs, James Jumping Eagle and Twyla; his brothers and sisters, Nancy KillsSmall, Carol and Craig Kugler, all of Rapid City; James Kills Small, Hilda Kills Small, Kerman Kills Small, Donovan Kills Small, Valerie and Marvin Janis, all of Oglala, SD; Cecelia ‘Cis’ Kills Small, Wolf Creek, SD; Shannon Brave, Oglala, SD; Velma Kills Back, Porcupine, SD and Jerome Kills Small, Vermillion, SD. He is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Cornelia Black Feather and Eldora Kills Small.
