Obituary For Leslie D. Dietrich
Leslie Dietrich, 90, died February 13, 2025, at Avantara in Rapid City, SD.
Leslie Dietrich was born at home on a farm East of McLaughlin, SD on June 5th, 1934 to Jacob and Selma (Docter) Dietrich. He worked various jobs from Renton, WA to Rapid City, SD where he made his home. He later made his home at Avantara on 7th Street until his death.
He is survived by his brother, Kenneth Dietrich of Rapid City, SD.
Leslie is preceded in death by his parents, Jacob and Selma Dietrich, sisters, Larraine Hendrix, Delaine Maxon, Lucy Kamletz and brothers, Edwin, Elmer, Marvin, Martin, Jav, and Elwood Dietrich.

I am sorry to hear the news of Les. I worked with him years ago at the Treasures Office. He was such a great guy and fun to be around. He always had a story and a Genuine Smile. Great Picture of him, this is just as I remember him last time I visited with him years ago. - Rochelle Redetzke

Deepest sympathy to Les's family, I enjoyed having him as a patron in the salon at Avantara, he was always kind and polite to me and referred to me as "hey barber". May he rest in peace. Sincerely Norma
