Phyllis Ann Simonson, 79, Rapid City, died Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Rapid City Regional Home Plus Hospice. She was born March 16, 1939 in Beardsley, MN to John and Ann (Westermeyer) Tracy.
Phyllis is survived by her children, Jamie Morris, Julie Wilder, Michelle Simonson, John Simonson, Melissa Simonson, Tamie Simonson and Lisa Barry. She is preceded in death by her husband and her parents.
