Robert Michael Ellison was ushered into the lord’s presence from medical complications on November 16th 2021 at the age of 65. Even though he was taken away from this world unexpectedly, his friendship and love left a beacon of light for many in the community and his family.

Mike Ellison was born in Boulder Colorado December 27th, 1955. He was characterized as a free spirit. His adventures and work took him to many states throughout the US. He chose to plant roots in both Colorado and the Black Hills of South Dakota. Mike’s hobbies included reading, hiking, and enjoying God‘s great outdoors! We will remember his smile, boisterous laughter, witty sarcasm, and the fact he always had an animal by his side. Mike is survived by his son Robert Ellison (Katy) of Superior CO. Ila Christine Jones of Sherman TX, and Coleen Marie Baggett of Green Cove Springs FL. He was a grandfather to Abigale and Madison Ellison of Superior CO.
