Obituary For Ronald L Blackwell
Ronald Leroy Blackwell, 74, Black Hawk, died Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at Rapid City Regional Hospital. He was born August 10, 1944 in Franklin, Indiana to Clell S. and Mary Edith (Terrill) Blackwell. He served 3 years in the US Navy and was honorably discharged.
Ronald is survived by his wife Beverly; sons, Todd Blackwell and Todd Jackson; daughters, Rhonda Fendley, Rachel (Justin) Robling and Tracy Jackson; five grandchildren, Ivy Blackwell, Haylee, Jacob and Luke Fendley and Dylan Abbott; three borthers, Bill (Donna) Blackwell; Tom (Carol) Blackwell and Phillip Blackwell and two sisters, Joann Fowler and Doris Shafer. He was preceded in death by his parents and 6 siblings.
