Rose Marie Lutz, 68, Rapid City, went to be with the Lord On September 9, 2019. She was born in Hettinger, ND to Tillman and Frieda (Fester) Norby on August 4, 1951. She graduated from Hettinger High School in 1970. Rose married Doug Lutz on June 12, 1970. She was a loving wife, mother, grandma and great grandma. She is survived by her husband Doug Lutz of 49 years; daughter Tricia (Terry) Marks; son Chad (Missy) Lutz; grandsons, Tyler (Mandy) Marks and Tanner Marks, Arlis Lutz; granddaughter Rowan Lutz; great grandson Hayden Marks; great granddaughter Layla Marks; her sister Patty (Craig) Zimmerman and many nieces, nephews and friends.
