Sharon Rae ‘Shari’ Dougherty, 81 of Thomas, Oklahoma was born on October 24, 1942 in Huron, South Dakota to Frank Buzeyn and Edith (Tilbury) Buzeyn. She went home to be with the Lord on June 24, 2024.

Shari was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who never met a stranger. She worked at Texas Instruments for many years, but her true joy came from managing RV parks and serving people. She was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Thomas, Oklahoma. She was a member of the Looming Group where she had many cherished friends.

Shari is survived by her husband, Michael Dougherty daughters, Tylin (Michael) Mayberry, Tamra (Joel) Francomano and Rena (Jason) Bates. Sons, Donald (Pam) Hofer and Rodney (Orasa) Hofer. Grandchildren Donica, Gary, Danny, Ella, Mae, Brent, Teran, Thomas, Morgan, Blake and Cody Jack. Great grandchildren Hannah, Savannah, Haylee, Emma, Mason, Luka, Christian, Gabriella, Joel Todd, Alexia, Kinzlee, Camberlynn, Scarlette, Chesleigh, Teegan, Cemersyn and Marshall. Brother Ronald Buzeyn, Aunt Carol (Dan) McKillop and many other cherished relatives.
