Obituary For Thomas Carroll Tinsley
Thomas Carroll "Tom" Tinsley, 74, Rapid City, died Sunday, October 12, 2019 at Avantara North.
He was born December 15, 1944 in Minot, ND to Frank and Eleanor (Lilly) Tinsley.
Tom served 7 years in the US Navy and was honorably discharged December 9, 1974.
He is survived by his sister, Cathy Tinsley. He is preceded in death by his parents.
