RAPID CITY | April 8, 2021, Ty Matthew Brown Otter, loving father, son and brother, passed away at the age of 27. Ty was born and resided in Rapid City, where he attended General Beadle Elementary School, North Middle School and Rapid City Central. Ty had a passion for music, sports especially football. Ty loved the outdoors. Ty will be remembered as the baby brother, the baby son, a strong uncle and a loving father. Ty would always be helping his mother out with various errands or watching over his nieces and nephews. Until recently, Ty spent the last seven years with Mariah Hatten, daughter Estella Maethus Brown Otter and hunka daughter Zaria Hatten. Also, Ty was a free, loving spirit who had a smile that could like up the world. Ty will continue to be loved and missed by his mother, Maethus Tremmel of Rapid City and hunka parents Karen Crow Necklace and Quinton Brown Otter; siblings, Ida Tremmel(Jon Lu) of Rapid City, Shayla (JC) Pequet of Santa Maria, CA, Prairie (Fontez) Newman of Bismarck, ND, Erik Greybear of Rapid City, Jasmyne Bear( Dylan) Bear of New Town, ND, Skylynn White Cloud of Tama, IA, Windy Black Cloud of Tama, IA and Mattayah Curry of Rapid City; Hunka Siblings;Harlan Horned Eagle, Vida Rose Dogskin , Samuel and Stephen Silk and Rosa Valencia ; daughters Estella Maethus Brown Otter of Rapid City and Taelynn Macconnell; hunka daughter Zaria Hatten; Cousins Crystal (Warren) and children Warren Jr., Samantha, Brooke, Brandon and Tiana Horse Looking of Bismarck, ND; Nieces and Nephews Angel, Jackson, Bella, Tristan, Ariel Lu, Charli Pequet, Grayson, Khloe GreyBear, Taliyah, Fontez Jr., Prynze, Legend Newman, Austyn, Brensyn, Remilynn Bear and Jaysten White Cloud; Also all his numerous friends and relatives he has met along his journey.
