Obituary For Veronica Christine Reese
Veronica (Nicky) Christine Reese, 70, of Lead, SD, passed away September 21, 2021 at Rapid City Monument Health.
Nicky was born in Berlin Germany to Christine Istratescu and Paul Istratescu on July 23, 1951. She shortly moved to Lead, SD where she attended Lead school. She married her spouse, Rod Reese, August 17, 2017 at Box Elder Event Center. She graduated Lead High School in 1969 where she was also picked homecoming queen. She owned Spa 80 for Woman where she taught health and fitness her whole adult life. She was known around the state and even nation for her amazing teaching ability. Whether she was teaching aerobics, spinning, weight lifting, or even being your life coach she was the best at everything she did. Her achievements consist of numerous health awards and a multitude of lifelong friends.
Nicky is survived by a loving husband, Rod Reese and a full loving family of sons, grandchildren, sisters, a brother, sister-in-laws, and more. Nicky is also survived and blessed with a army of life long friends that she loved like family.
