Wayne R. Lewis, 55, Rapid City died Sunday July 11, 2010 at Rapid City Regional Hospital. He was born Dec. 31, 1954 in Rapid City to Hilda R Thunder Tail-Lewis. He grew up in Rapid City; has known many people through his time here. He worked various places with the towing companies as a driver and mechanic. He shared his time from 1983 to 1996 with his special friend, Daneen F. Reavis, and they had 5 children. Wayne is survived by 3 daughters, Nateema Lewis, Sioux Falls; Shannon Lewis, Rapid City; Andrea Reavis, Selma, CA; 2 sons, Brandon Reavis, Rapid City; Robert W. Lewis, Sioux Falls; 1 half-daughter, Jennifer Lone Hill; numerous grandchildren; half-brother, Darrell W. Young, Sioux Falls and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, May 30, 1999.
