William E. Willard passed away on Sunday, September 1, 2019 at home. He was born June 12, 1955 at Fort Sam Houston, Texas to Rolland and Laura Willard. He worked in his family business from 1970 to 1980, then in Gillette, then Denver, then to K & K in Rapid City, then for Wolff Sheet Metal in Spearfish until health problems forced him to retire. He was a volunteer firefighter with the Johnson Siding Fire Department for several years. Bill is survived by his mother Laura Willard, his sister Lillian (Gene) Kienzle; his brother Ken (Linda) Willard and 3 nephews; 2 nieces and numerous great nephews and nieces.
